A man searching in darkness for an answer. Facing his past, he freefalls, encountering the mysterious Ritzo in a tangle of remorse and redemption.
The definition of right and wrong comes into question in a kaleidoscopic debut play by Invertigo Theatre Company. FreeFall sprang out of questions we had about guilt and the individual. Does losing hold of our beliefs and individuality for a brief moment define us forever? Is the moral compass ever accurate or does it depend on context? Can a person be wholly good or wholly bad?
No man is an island entirely of itself. Every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. Any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind. And therefore, never send to know for whom the bell tolls – it tolls for thee. John Donne
The best way to make dreams come true is to wake up. Paul Valéry
There is no pillow so soft as a clear conscience. French proverb
Until he extends the circle of compassion to all living things, man will not himself find peace. Albert Schweitzer
